KARMA

We forget everything from one life to the next

But our habits will rein and so should be checked

Greed and anger, arrogance too

The quality of life will be determined by what we do

We can do nothing without our physical form

Good and bad actions determine the state of our next human form

Everything is recorded in the soul

Every good wish will come back to greet us in our role

For karma forgets nothing and remembers everything

As you sow so you reap, a caress or a sting

So, someone has ill feeling towards me

The boomerang of karma has come back to me

Someone has total regard for me

It is my past good wishes coming back to me

Like a homing pigeon finds its way back home

Karmas got my number on its phone

A fully automated piece of machinery

An eternal law serving humanity

Do not do the crime if you cannot serve the time

No matter how we justify bad action it will pick up our line

Balancing the books as it goes along

Offering correction if we go wrong

Everyone should know what good and bad actions are

The past and present tell the story so far

To justify bad words and deeds and think it is all right

Karma does not listen to why I chose to fight

Two wrongs can never make a right

It is simple mathematics in plain sight

Harsh words will always come back to me in equal amounts

Good and bad actions are two separate accounts

So, you are fighting for your country but who said it is yours

Peaceless actions just add to your flaws

For tomorrow you would fight for something else

Violence is violence so never kid yourself

I said you made me angry, but I created it

I thought it was you, I had become a half wit

For karma takes stock of whatever the action is

Took the law in our hands with clenched fist

I create mine and you create your own

Defamation of others make us feel so alone

Miserable faces due to miserly actions

Do they really understand the law of attraction

All those meaningless victories have a short shelf life

They imposed their agendas so now the strife

Pushing my opinions down others throat

Butting everyone like a proverbial goat

And in man's old age he looks back at his own self righteousness

Too little too late with his life of unrighteousness

The next body, family and place he rebirths

Will be according to how he spoke and acted on earth

God does not do it, he does it to himself

We are the creators of happiness, health and wealth

Do we have a choice of our next birth?

Words and deeds are the selection committee of our sum worth
